Course Materials requested in advance of attendance will normally take 10 to 14 days to arrive. We endeavor to reduce that time wherever practical.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies: Payments for goods or services provided by Professional Certifcations Bahamas are refunded in the form of a credit unless there are extenuating circumstances that do not allow you to avail yourself of our goods or services. Refunds can only be made in the same manner received i.e. credit cards refunded to the exact credit card and cheques or money orders in like manner net of any expenses.
